French Immersion Program (7wks)

Service Description

Little Bees is a French immersion playgroup for children 1 to 5 years old. It is a fun filled engaging playtime where children learn French language through sing alongs, games, repetition, role play, storytelling and more. The children will be introduced to cultural material from across the breadth of the Francophone diaspora. At Little Bees we play together and learn together! Class Activities: The playgroup is in session for one hour and all communication is in French. Children understand what is being said through context cues. 15 min- Meet and greet ( French hello songs or welcome games) 15 min- Sing along (nursery rhymes and songs from the French diaspora) 10 min- Alphabet,Colors,Numbers,Days,Months or Story Time 20 min- Free playtime with instructor guidance in French. *Classes are indoors during winter and spring. Summer classes may be outdoors conditions permitting.
